Interviews were digitally recorded, transcribed verbatim, verified, and imported into NVivo 8 software for coding and analysis.

Although Veterans used strategies to moderate driving behaviors, they continued to drive aggressively. Themes were used to develop conceptual framework of driving postdeployment.
