Thinking about what you observed b.Of the four stages of mitosis which ones take the most time to complete? Which is the shortest stage in duration? – The longest was interphase. – The rest were all pretty close and looked to take the same amount c.Cytokinesis is a stage in the cell cycle that happens right after mitosis. In this stage, the cytoplasm is divided and the two daughter cells are separated. See if you can find an example of cytokinesis on your Allium slide.
