7 Truths Nobody Tells You About Going to Graduate School 1.You will not sleep. 2.You are still broke but it is less acceptable. 3.You put your life on hold (to some extent). 4.Health? I barely have time to shower daily let alone focus on exercising and eating right. 5.You will want to drop out. 6.You will constantly be told how lucky you are to not have to work 40 hours per week. 7.The only people who understand you during this time are the friends you’ll make in grad school.

PT Specific ●“It isn't about the grades, it's about learning, understanding and retaining. We're preparing for a career, not an examination. Sometimes you'll understand and retain more and get a B in the class than studying and memorizing for a test and pulling an A.” ●Always have an outlet. School gets stressful and if you're inactive or don't have something to relax with, it'll cause even more stress.
