What is ‘Anti-Fraud Hotline’

Toll-Free Hotline receives complaints of fraud – Multilingual call center operators Website (Complaint management database) Workshops/ Seminars as part of ‘Raising Awareness’ campaigns Analyzing and Reporting of data collected.

In order to generate complaints, we need to be accessible to as many people as possible, to improve the chances of reaching people, who might have information of any fraudulent activity pertaining to USAID funded projects.

Marketing/ Advertising Marketing of Anti-Fraud Hotline is the lifeline of the project, as it results in higher number of calls, subsequently, generating complaints. There are various marketing mediums that are being utilized to promote the Anti-Fraud Hotline, such as; TV Cable TV Radio Newspapers Posters (Displayed at IP’s sites) Billboards
