Other questions concerning physical aspects Who is the audience? How many? Where will it take place? How big is the room? What equipment is there in the room? What equipment do I need? Does the equipment work? Can the information be seen? Can you present the information and not get in the way? Will you need to dim the lights or draw the curtains?
