5.  Prepare devices as below  PC/NB with Windows 7 OS  Micro USB connection line  Prepare files as below  MTK tool driver  Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5  Service Room (Image File)  CSD DL tool Notice : Put MTK tool driver, Service Room and CSDDL tool folder in disk D and make sure there is no space between the path. (Folder name should have no space) Version Prepare related devices and files  USB Hub  PAD

6. Version Install MTK Tool Driver1  Install MTK tool driver  In MTK tool driver folder double click “Install”, then will show as below:  When Pop-up warning box, Click ”Install this driver software anyway”

8. Version Install Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5  Install Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5  Get Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5 install package and double click it. When there is an User Account Control Prompt box, Click “Yes”  In the setup interface, Please accept the license, then click ” Install ”

9. Version Install Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5  Install Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5  When installation is complete, please click “Finish”

11. Version Start Tool  In CSD Tool folder (CSDDL), Double click Start.bat

12. Select Image Click ScatterFile button to select service room scatter file. Notice: 1.You can find it in service room folder. For example, Current service room version is ZSJEV_factory_csd_8317.00.1.0004, so you can find this in ZSJEV_factory_csd_8317.00.1.0004 folder. 2.The service room should be uncompressed and saved under root directory of disk D (D:\) 3.Both test and shipping image can be selected.

13. Select Test Image For example, if you want to download Test service room which version is ZSJEV_factory_csd_8317.00.1.0004, so you can select Scatter File in ZSJEV_factory_csd_8317.00.1.0004 folder.

14. Select Shipping Image If you want to download Shipping image, for example: download version is Acer_AV051_B1-710_RV00RB01_WW_GEN1, so you can select Scatter File in Acer_AV051_B1-710_RV00RB01_WW_GEN1 folder. notice: this is just an example, please make sure the shipping image version you want to download

15. Download Image  Click “Start” button.(Notice: the “start ” button default set to be grey when the first time after tool start, so it is no need to execute this step for the first time,please execute “power off PAD” directly for the first time and do this step from second time. )  Power Off PAD(Notice : Now please don’t connect with Micro USB)  Connect PAD and PC/NB with Micro USB connection line, then you can start download  When there show “DL PASS” ， DL is completed. You should unplug the PAD.

16. Close Tool  When you want to exit the Tool ， in lower left quarter of Tool interface, input “close” in TextBox then press “Enter” then you could exit this tool.
