2. Staff Ministry  The term “staff ministry” about means of grace  The yearbook will only list certified staff ministers  Those already in the yearbook will remain there

Devotional Thought “Although I am less than the least of all God's people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,” Eph. 3:8 The difference between “I wanna.” and “I gotta.” Motivation starts within our hearts and not our circumstances. A good devotional live leads to repentance that gives us “I wanna.”

4. Ministry of Planned Giving  A review committee is studying the whole MCG synodical ministry  The goal is efficiency and cost effectiveness  The results o their study will be presented at the 2017 synod convention.

5. WELS Long Range Plan  We are finishing up the plan approved in 2011  The Synodical Council is working on a Plan to be presented at the 2016 district conventions and approved at the 2017 convention.  The new plan will be in a simpler format than the 2011-plan.

6. One in Christ- (Debt Retirement)  The campaign started in fall of 2015. It ends in July 2016.  The goal was $4.7 million. ($1.8 million so far)  $1.3 million with this year’s payment will do it.  If your congregation has done nothing, please do something.  $15.75 per communicant member would retire the debt.
