Introduction Vital sign refers to that which is vital to the continuation of life. In emergency there are five specific vital commonly observe & measure (Respiration, pulse,blood pressure,skin sign & pupils)

Level of consciousness Commonly evaluated by using the AVPU scale: A - mean ….Alert V- mean….Verbal,responsiveness to verbal stimuli P- mean…..Pain,responsive only to painful stimuli U- mean…Unresponsive,unconscious or completely Unresponsive

Respiration Is the act or process of breathing and in(inhaling ) and out (exhaling)
