Process of Contract Reviewing BU/FD send email with contract attachment to system for reviewing BU/FD log in system fill I the contract request form or System send notice to Contract Management Counsel Contract Management Counsel assign the contract request to the relevant lawyer in AP Commercial lawyer contact BU/FD and provide feedback Negotiation and amendments Finalization and Execution

5. Commercial Lawyer Management Commercial lawyer has one time sheet showing his/her calendar Each request assign to him/her will be showing on the calendar of the date of assignment and current status If the request is not closed in 7 days, an automatic reminder will be sent to the commercial lawyer In case of travelling or vacation, commercial lawyer will block the dates so that no further assignment will be made to him/her Commercial lawyer may reject the assignment of contract request if he/she is devoting to some projects

6. Contract Filing System After finalization of contract, commercial lawyer will fill in the contract summary form and turn the status of the contract as abandoned/signed When the contract is signed, system will automatically issue a notice to the BU/FD for the upload of PDF scanned version of contract When the contract is scanned to the system, it will automatically remind the BU/FD and the contract management counsel for renewal 3 months before the expiry date.
