3. Once there was a boy named Caleb. He loved spiders. He wanted to get one, but his parents would not let him.

4. One day Caleb went for a walk with a jar to get some berries. As he was walking, he saw a spider.

5. Instead of using the jar for getting the berries, he used it for catching the spider.

6. Caleb took the spider home and kept it in his room, secretly. He fed it everyday and cleaned the jar everyday.

7. Caleb decided to name his spider Justin. He loved watching Justin eat flies and grasshoppers.

8. One day, before Caleb got home from school, Caleb’s father cleaned his room.

9. Caleb’s father found Justin and had a talk with Caleb when he got home. Caleb explained how much he wanted to keep Justin, so Caleb’s father let him.

10. One day, Caleb went to get another spider to be Justin’s friend.

11. Caleb named the new spider Jeffrey and they lived a very long time.

12. Biography My name is Brendan Balcom. I am 12 years old. I was born in Yarmouth on March 13, 1998. I have one brother named Ryan. I have one dog named Keji. My hobbies are playing basketball, soccer, bowling, curling and swimming. I play point-guard on both my basketball teams and my numbers are 3 and 14 in basketball. My number in soccer is 18.
