12. Journey Ahead in 2012-13 We propose to saturate the training in 17 districts by covering the left over 300 veterinarians and 500 para veterinarians. Additional fund requirement would be to the tune of Rs. 30 lakh. There is also a thinking to extend it to the Fishery Sector which is one potential area of livelihood in the State. A concrete view on this will be taken up in the 3 rd Core Group meeting in the 3 rd week of January,2012.

Suffered from Leprosy, foresaken by the villagers and forced to stay away from the village in a jungle side. To-day has a descent leaving and house and educated son all because of Goat rearing. He has 2.40 lakh in fixed deposit and LIC policy with yearly premium Rs.1973.00
