To survive that our people can gather in the cave during a hurricane. Borrow During tornadoes our people and animals can go underground in the borrow. Treehouses Our houses are made to withstand floods because they are higher up where water will not reach the house and the bark gets water.

10. Power Sources Renewable (Eco-Friendly) Energy Resources Solar energy comes from the sun. Some people use solar panels on their homes to convert sunlight into electricity. Wind turbines, which look like giant windmills, generate electricity. Geothermal energy comes from the Earth's crust. Engineers extract steam or very hot water from the Earth's crust and use the steam to generate electricity. Biomass includes natural products such as wood, manure and corn. These materials are burned and used for heat. Dams and rivers generate hydropower. When water flows through a dam it activates a turbine, which runs an electric generator.

11. Our Energy Source Our energy source is a circuit. The buildings are powered by a parallel (more then one paths) circuit. So when one light switch is turned off the other lights stays on. (Hence the wires and batteries). However we were not able to light up our buildings. Only one was able to be lit up, which was the apartment complex We were going for something like this…
