B. The Health Triangle: 3 sides—physical, mental/emotional, and social all are interrelated—can cause stress, physical sickness, social and motional isolation C. Maintaining a Balance: Must balance each of the 3 sides— to become a healthy person Problems in one area creates problems and difficulties throughout lifetime. D. What is Wellness? Wellness—overall state of well-being, or total health of YOU!! Fruits, exercise, (saying no to drugs, alcohol, sex and other dangerous activities), positive friends, education
