Corporate Affairs Update 6/24/2010Parish Finance Forum - June 2010 2 Your parish needs to file an annual report with the Arizona Corporation Commission by July 1 st, 2010 77 out of 103 Diocese corporations have submitted their report to the ACC You can file the report: electronically at http://www.cc.state.az.us.http://www.cc.state.az.us You can also print a copy of the report from the website and mail it to the ACC You can request the report via email at ARRequest@azcc.gov or by calling (602) 542-3285 ARRequest@azcc.gov Send a copy of your completed report to the Diocese of Phoenix attn: Corporate Matters

Corporate Affairs Update Continued 6/24/2010Parish Finance Forum - June 2010 3 As with last year, your parish will need to hold its annual corporate board meeting between 9/1 and 11/30 Follow the same procedures as last year The South and East Deaneries will hold their annual meetings at the pastoral center on 9/17 and 9/18 A detailed email containing instructions on how to conduct these meetings will be sent in late July Reminder – keep your corporate records intact and secure Reminder – a corporate resolution of the board of directors is required for major business transactions (see corporate manual)

Miscellaneous Items of Note Priest compensation schedules for 2011 are complete (no change in compensation from previous year) DPC Offices will be closed for furlough beginning Saturday, July 3 rd and will re-open Monday, July 12 th. If you need funds from GDP savings, get the request in NOW! The financial review program for 2011 will commence in August.
