If no help, order materials processed with Marc Records. You can always go in and fix record but it will save you time. First tier ordering, second tier ordering

5. Instructional Technology In-services May have to educate staff on circulation system. May have to educate staff on various technology since you may not have time to teach with them.

6. Management If no aide, who is going to handle or help with overdues, inventory, weeding, processing, etc? Set same policies at each school so no confusion. Communicate with teachers via email, in- services and a blog with information about the library.

7. Miscellaneous Promotion and PR How can you build relationships with teachers at all buildings with your schedule? Personalize? Other….
