4. BACKGROUND Crescent Moon was established in 2013 by Mrs Nonceba Nkebetla Thom, with the aim to provide excellent service in the accommodation world in our town. She is also the founder and co- owner of Swift Travel and Tours cc together with her husband Mr Levy Thom. The aim is to expand in business and open doors for their children as they are family oriented people.
