Forms of Promotion Above the Line Promotion : this involves attempts to reach as many people as possible, through mass media. This includes: – TV – Radio – Internet/Social Media – Posters and Billboards – Newspapers i-study.co.uk

Forms of Promotion Below the Line Promotion : this involves attempts to target certain market segments or consumer groups directly. Includes: – Public relations (press releases, sponsorship) – Sales (loyalty cards, discounts, 2-4-1s, competitions, lucky draws) – Visible Publicity (signs, trade shows, product placement) i-study.co.uk
