THREE BREATHES Three deep breaths: one to relax you, second to get a fresh look at things, third new soundness WHY??????????????? Mediate or think before you respond or act : emotional control (thought, words and action) see our words tend to lead us good or bad. Life and Death in the tongue ( how we say a thing) Listening : Truly forms bonds and questions Questions: To ask develop thoughts that cause purpose Purpose : Live with it in mind cause you really to ( take action) and you can enjoy IT! ( Your Purpose the one You were designed for)

OTHERS : WHO ARE THEY IN YOUR LIFE Expanders: thrive on change and need to see how far they can go – it’s in their nature. They’re happiest pushing the envelope, making new friends, and taking lots of risks. Containers are opposite. They like to keep things in order, build good systems, and stay on top of the details. They see the logic in any situation and can’t live with chaos. Expanders like to spend their money long before they have it, but containers lock money up and are adept at keeping you from losing yours.

LEARNING The author or speaker etc. grows when you learn the most: It’s not the one who teaches you something you did not know before, but the one who helps you take a truth that you have quietly struggled to give expression and speak it clearly and boldly NOW!

WHAT IS YOUR NET WORTH We tend to think in dollars $$$$$!!! ( It get us things) Really It’s the Simple things In Life Ones Faith Health, Healthy Relationships, ( human assets) top of the list Always learn something new – be teachable Sharing time, money, and expertise with others ( it’s always of value) To Know the Truth It will set you free ( Real Truth) Intellectual human, social and financial – covers it Leads to your brain : It has two sides (left rational / wise – ( Right – emotional) Learn to say no and let go of things that don want to be held onto

SUCCESS The achievement of something..not for others but for ones self that the results effect others. S = someone or something U = understanding / unrestrained C = carefully ( thinking it out) C = Considering ( all that it takes) E = Enough ( count the cost) S = Support ( others with you) S = Strength / someone else

THINKING That changing your mind doesn't mean you're inconsistent: It just means you're smart enough to know that our views and opinions evolve.. That someone will always be prettier or younger or smarter or more successful. But no one else will ever be quite the same combination of those things that you are.

LIFE SKILLS TO GROW ON YOUNG OR OLD Know when to say enough is enough for and about anything Can you hold and start a conversation Can you properly introduce yourself Can you dress properly for anything (function) Can you be alone and be okay Can you do for yourself Can you properly ask for things you need: a raise, job, time off, money etc. Can you put others first Can you agree to disagree truly and mean it Take care of yourself Spirit, Soul and Body Set, short, mid range and long term goals to reach Be a true good friend : to love at all times no matter what A True good friend loves at all times, will tell you the truth, want leave you when you need them and forgive you. Will do the best for you.
