Valerie Robinson RIDDOR 20/9/067 Reporting to Enforcing Authorities Immediately report by telephone Within 10 days send NI.2508 Any accident resulting in death of any person major injury or serious condition as specified in the regulations any dangerous occurrences listed in the regulations

Valerie Robinson RIDDOR 20/9/068 Report to Enforcing Authorities NI.2508 must be sent to the enforcing authorities in cases of: injury at work resulting in more than three consecutive days ’ incapacity death of an employee within one year of sustaining a reportable injury a reportable disease when diagnosed by a registered medical practitioner
