2 Logging In  Wake the unit by touching the screen  Touch > to log in  Enter driver number, press ok, wait for hours remaining

3 Logging In  Press login key, choose one or two drivers  You have successfully logged in  Complete pre trip process on truck, trailer, etc.

4 What If  I report to work and my unit shows I’m still signed in?  Sign out of unit, contact local manager/ supervisor/dispatcher and report  Accept change message when it appears on your MDT  A blue screen appears with a beeping noise?  System is unsure of current status  Status update is required

5 What If  Message displays – Motion lock enabled on screen, or shows random screens  Notify local manager/ supervisor/ dispatcher  System will need a soft reset  If the unit fails to respond to reset  Manager should contact Carrier Web support

6 Log Edit Message  What is a log edit message  Notification of corrections made to your daily log  Review corrections and accept log edits  Never just hit the defer button

7 Adding Fuel  CW will soon be our only source to capture fuel reporting  Fuel entry and accuracy is key and impacts IFTA tax obligation  Review and know local fuel reporting process and requirements  Daily entry required  End of day/ beginning of day  Local process if fuel was not entered

8 Adding Fuel  Change status to fueling  Deliver fuel, enter gallons  Enter from right, i.e. 120 gallons Press the arrows to change the numbers Up or down

9 Adding Fuel  To edit fuel amount, press on gallons entered  A new screen will appear, enter correct gallons and press send  Remember all fuel must be reported Press here to edit fuel amount

10 Logging Out  To Log out Of Carrier Web  Press the hours icon  Complete post trip, trailer, truck, etc.  Change status to log out

11 Logging Out  When asked do you want to log out  Choose yes  Screen will show Login >  You have successfully logged out
