Working Plan Initiatives Personnel Access and Data System (PADs) Data base that allows sharing of selected training records Patterned after existing system administered by INPO PADS LMS: Sub Working Group 6 ActivitiesDeliverables as of May 25, 2016 Collaborate with NTC in defining specifications for an enterprise LMS NTC conducted a scoping event to initiate product definition – May 16 A website at which white papers, LMS evaluations, case studies, and other related resources can be accessed by the EFCOG community A SharePoint site has been established, with subfolders containing resources related to LMS effectiveness, LMS selection, and LMS implementation. Resources have begun to flow into the site, most robustly for the LMS selection topic. (Contributions will be ongoing.) A survey (with results documented) of LMS products currently in use at EFCOG member facilities and ways those LMSs are supporting those facilities’ goals and objectives A draft survey was distributed to the group. Feedback was gathered and synthesized in order to produce a Version 2, which was distributed to the group for review on 5/25/2016. A Best Practices Report that summarizes the research, discussions, and recommendations of the subgroup membership regarding LMS requirements and implementation methods No progress yet to report on this deliverable. (But stay tuned!)
