1 ATTENDANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES UNDERSTANDING WHEN AND WHERE YOU SHOULD BE TO SCHOOL.

2 ATTENDANCE Each student is expected to attend school and be present in class when the bell rings for each class to begin. Being present in class means being in the classroom, at your seat, and ready to learn.

3 ABSENCES 1.Sick day(s) - If you are sick and can not attend school a parent MUST call the attendance office before 8:00 AM to excuse you. 2.Students who are participating in athletic events, fieldtrips, or other official school activities will be excused by their teacher/coach. 3.Students must talk to their teachers after an absence. You may have up to 3 days to turn in an assignment that was missed while absent according to teacher discretion. 4.You will be marked absent if you are more than 15 minutes late for class.
