* Down syndrome occurs when an individual has a full or partial extra copy of chromosomes. * Is also causes the child’s late development both mentally and physically. * Down Syndrome is also known as “Trisomy 21”

* Symptoms for people with down syndrome: * Short in height * Low muscle tone * A short and wide neck * Short legs and arms * Slanted eyes * Small ears * Deformed tongue and mouth * Irregular and crooked teeth * Illectual disability(problem with learning and taking in information) * Heart defects * Hypothyroimism, celiac disease, and eye conditions. * Hearing problems * Depression

No there is no single treatment. You can try and work with a person who has down syndrome but there is no guarantee that it’ll work. Early intervention programs to provide support for children and parents

At many school there is programs that allow kids with Down Syndrome to come to school and learn There is programs such as the Buddy Club There is also school that offer education but only to those with down syndrome or other disabilities.
