There are 2 main ways to display news articles: 1. Select the articles you wish to open by checking their tickboxes and then clicking ‘get selected items’. If you would like to open one news article at a time, it is recommended that the user right-clicks on the article’s link to open the article in a new browser window or tab. 2. Click ‘get all the above items’ to select and open each news article on the current page of search results.
12
Your selected article(s) will open in a screen like this – use your browser’s back button to return to the main list of search results if you have opened multiple news articles at once
13
4. Do your search results answer your query?
14
1. Check the tickboxes of your selected news articles 2. Enter your e-mail address and click ‘e-mail selected items to’ If you have found appropriate news articles, you can e- mail them by following these steps:

16
Alternatively, create a search strategy worksheet and use this to construct a new search. This worksheet will suggest possible keywords to use to increase the number of relevant search results. How to create a search strategy worksheet: List your main concepts (e.g. house, prices and Auckland) List alternative terms for each concept Terms in the columns are connected by OR, and surrounded by brackets These groups of keywords are connected by AND e.g. (house OR property) AND (prices OR market) AND (Auckland OR CBD)
