10 ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS  Cultivate existing working relationships  Develop and refine roles & responsibilities  Ensure open communication lines  Full use of automation  Reduce errors on investigative packages  Expand number of site visits each year  Fully train and update the WRSO staff

11 SERVICES PROVIDED  Perform Counterterrorism Risk Assessments  Develop viable program to ensure the proper handling of classified information  Assist in the application of Information Technology Security  Administer the Personnel Security Program  Fully implement HSPD-12 Requirements

12 SERVICES PROVIDED  Security Policy & Implementation  Conduct Compliance Reviews  Issue personnel ID and credentials under new HSPD-12 Requirements

13 SERVICES PROVIDED  Administer the Employee Suitability Program for contractors & assist HRD  Conduct additional investigations as needed  Assist with development of OPSEC program

14 SERVICES PROVIDED  Conduct Anti-Terrorism/Threat Assessments in conjunction with Office of Security personnel  Assist with development of Emergency Preparedness Planning & Drills

15 SERVICES PROVIDED  Provide Foreign Travel Briefings  Develop & Distribute Security Awareness & Educational Materials  Monitor and assist with Foreign National Visitors  Assist with Deemed Export Program Compliance

20 OPPORTUNITIES  EXISTING SERVICES: 80 years of Security Experience  RSO has been in place 13 years + 14 years security experience in Law Enforcement, Special Agent, Investigations and Security Specialist

21 OPPORTUNITES  Increased staffing will facilitate better customer service  Consolidation of security services will empower ownership of the local programs  Develop high level of professionalism and excellence

22 ASSUMPTIONS  WRSO will be properly staffed & trained  WRSO will be sufficiently funded to fulfill our goals and mission  State of the art databases will allow consistency throughout all components  OSY will continue to take leading role in development & implementation of security vision
