Conditioning Test – 16 110 yard timed sprints. a.Begin behind line at the back of the end zone and sprint through the opposite goal line. b.Best Technique a.Sprint 40 yards as fast as possible and coast the rest of the way. c.Perform 16 110’s with 45 seconds recovery time d.OL/DL: 19 secs per 110 (45 seconds of recovery). e.FB/LB/TE: 17 secs per 110 (45 seconds of recovery). f.DB/RB/WR: 15 secs per 110 (45 seconds of recovery).
