6 AZERBAIJAN December to late February is bitter cold, April- October are Warm months. Climate varies from East to West due to western Mountains.

8 BELARUS Cold Humid Winters and Warm Summers. Some winters are below zero.

9 ESTONIA wet, moderate winters, cool summers. Best time of the year is may through September with cool weather. January and February are the coldest months.

10 GEORGIA Gets warm, moist air from the from the black sea which moves across the land. high humidity and precipitation. winters are cold and summers are average of 70 degrees.

11 KYRGYZSTAN 247 sunny days. a lot of snow in the winter. the summers are hazy and cool by the mountains

12 KAZAKHSTAN Extremely hot in the summer and bitterly cold in the winters. April to June is cool weather.

13 LATVIA Best months are may- September with temperatures in the 70's and the winters are in the 20's and below.

14 LITHUANIA January - April is when it snows. May-September are the nicest months with temperature ranging in the 70's while the winters can range from 20's to below

15 MOLDOVA winters are in the 20's and below. summers are hot and long. the summer rains are heavy and can cause floods.

16 RUSSIA May-September are the nicer months with temperatures in the 70's. spring is random.

17 TAJIKISTAN Very mountainous so their climate is changeable. march-may and Sept.-October with temps of 70's - 80's. occasional summers can range from 70-105. dust storms in the summer make life unpleasant. winters are cold but not bitter.

18 TURKMENISTAN Very hot and dry. April- June temps range from 70-90. Summer temps can reach 104-113. Winters can get down below 20.

19 UZBEKISTAN April-June or Sept-October with mild temperatures during the day and cool nights. July and august are too hot. temperatures can be as high as 122 degrees

20 UKRAINE May-September with temps ranging from 50's to 70's. spring and fall are unpredictable. the snow is so light and can come as early as may and as late as September.
