3. 3 Proposed Process Resource Entities (REs) submit all dynamic models and parameters through RARF to ERCOT. ERCOT will inform TSPs about the updated model and parameters. TSP and ERCOT will work with REs to resolve any concerns on the submitted model and parameters. ERCOT will be a single source to collect and compile all REs’ dynamic models and parameters and provide the data set to DWG for flat start base case creation.
