Conditional proposal subject to the compliance of the flexibility rules Allocation between WP‘s and Budget Lines should not exceed 10% of the whole amount of each WP and BL and 20.000EUR New budget plan respects flexibility rules. Written confirmation from all partners necessary Afterwards final approval from LP for validation of new budget
