6 There are those… who are in the game..

7 There are those… who are on the bench..

8 There are those… who are in the stands..

9 Those in the game… getting the most out of what they are doing…

10 Those on the bench.. striving to get better and get into the game…

11 Those in the stands… are living through the ones who are playing…

12 Get into the Game Colossians 3:1-4

13 Therefore, if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. Colossians 3:1-2

14 For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. Colossians 3:3-4

15 Getting into the game requires… I.A Focused Mission

16 having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you were also raised up with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. Colossians 2:12

17 Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? Romans 6:3

18 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4

19 He will give everlasting life to those who search for glory, honor, and immortality by persisting in doing what is good. Romans 2:7

20 But he will bring anger and fury on those who, in selfish pride, refuse to believe the truth and who follow what is wrong. Romans 2:8

22 Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. Colossians 3:2

24 The first verse… Deals with seeking Heaven.

26 We are to focus… On our Lord Jesus Christ!

27 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. Philippians 4:8

28 You unfaithful people! Don’t you know that love for this evil world is hatred toward God? Whoever wants to be a friend of this world is an enemy of God. James 4:4

32 Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Romans 6:11

33 This is our motive for getting into the game Our life belongs to Him!

34 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. Galatians 2:20

35 After a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also. John 14:19

36 When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. Colossians 3:4
