When we enter the text to the Request Support menu on Self-Service Portal, context search doesn’t work correctly. Especially Japanese words doesn’t search.

But, after clicking “After friends” or “Help Friends” menu, “Select a support offering” are displayed. But IT Articles and User Questions are not displayed. Of course I’ve already register IT Articles and User Questions matching this Request. ① Write some words. ② Click this menu. ③ Back to this menu ④ Then results were displayed. v v ④ But these are not displayed.
