9. Themed VCAL Themed VCAL programs enable the development of partnerships with industry and industry training providers and prepare students for industry focused employment and further training. A Themed VCAL provides a learning program focus that is linked to priority areas in the labour market and skill shortages.

10. Themed VCAL Examples of themed VCAL programs include: manufacturing sport and recreation tourism and environment hospitality media and communication automotive furniture making bricklaying spa and beauty children’s services electrotechnology
