Why Organize Google Drive? Makes my life easier Less asking “what did we do last class?” Less asking “Was there homework?” Less late night emails asking for homework assignments Keeps ME organized. Sharing information with students, parents, colleagues is simplified.

Where Do I Start? “I have 20+ years in my H Drive. How can I move this into my Google Drive?” Do what works for you. What I show you today, works for me but maybe not you.

Step 2:Drag and Drop Decrease the size of your Google Drive screen and h: drive screen so they both take up half a screen This can also be done using a dual monitor set-up. Click/hold and move the files into your selected Google Drive folders

Step 3: Share Select Folders Parents/Students: I share 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd Trimester folders ONLY! Be sure to select “Can View only” so they cannot edit your slideshows. Colleagues: I share everything Share as “View Only” as well.
