Bell ringer What is the purpose of a travel commercial? What makes it successful? If you were going to travel to a different country, what kind of information would you want and need to know? Why?

Make a list as you watch.1https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BrDlrytgm82 In groups of 3-4, review provided travel brochures, and add to your list of what makes them persuasive and effective tools for selling travel. When your list is complete, send a representative to the board to share 5 things from your list with the class.

Travel Agency Project You are a travel agent trying to convince clients to follow your travel itinerary to your assigned country. You are responsible for Research Exhibition (this will be your choice) Verbal presentation (your pitch to the class) Each small group will be assigned a country to research and “sell” to the group
