Dollars for Doers Money to the charities you love!

What is Dollars for Doers? A GM Foundation program Rewards nonprofit organizations with a monetary grant based on the number of hours GM employees volunteer with them. 50 volunteers hours = $200 dollars to the nonprofit

Where do the 50 hours come from? A GM employee volunteers with one nonprofit organization for 50 hours A team of employees volunteer with one nonprofit organization. Their combined hours equal 50 Employees can apply for both each year!

Which nonprofits are eligible? A nonprofit organization with a verifiable 501(c)3 status Is not a religious organization (Salvation Army, church, etc.) Is not a political organization Is not a Educational institution (public/private schools, colleges, universities, professional schools)

Who can apply? Any U.S. based GM employee designated a regular active employee an active permanent part-time salaried employee an active hourly employee an active flexible service salaried employee Contract employees, interns and GM retirees are not eligible

Click the grant-type you are submitting for: Either Individual Hours or Team Hours

Type in the name of the organization and enter the state where the organization is based

Look in the search results for your organization, as multiple nonprofit organizations may appear. You can confirm your organization by their address or the Tax ID

Add employee GMINs, employee type and hours volunteered
