4. Project Description ► Virtual Reality Environment of a Building Construction Timeline is an animation of the construction process of the building. This project has two phases:  Phase 1: Navigational Virtual Environment of the Building with the use of VRML technology  Phase 2: Interactive building construction timeline. ► The building chosen for this project is The International Center of USM, currently under construction.
