Meet Mr T Case Mr T T stands for Togetherness As Mr T you try to draw other people into the case-process. Make sure: That you include other people in the process That you communicate about the process and keep all stakeholders informed

Meet Mrs G Case Mrs G G stands for Goal As Mrs G you are goal- directed. You are conscious of the fact that the process needs a clearly defined goal in order to be successful. Make sure that: There is a specific goal They set a realistic time-frame The effect (the result) can be measured The actions or solutions don’t exceed the goal or the scope (the boundaries) of the project

Meet Ms A Case Ms A A stands for Analytic As Ms A you know it is important to map out a situation thoroughly before you design the process Make sure: The actual situation is clear and the problem is identified (or the challenge is defined) All necessary data are collected and analysed Alternative solutions are listed

Meet Mr P Case Mr P P stands for Process (or Project) As Mr P you are aware that the case-process should pass through successive stages and through rapid cycles Make sure: You don’t get stuck in planning. You don’t forget to assess things or to adjust things after having assessed them. Ask if it is possible or desirable that you split up the process into subgoals (i.e. into two or more rapid cycles, each with a specific subgoal).

Meet Mrs C Case Ms C C stands for Challenge As Mrs C you are a very positive person. You always turn problems into challenges. Make sure: You reframe problems into challenges You give people a feeling of success You make things fun
