3. LIGHT Did you know: 1.Light travels at a speed of about 300,000 km/s. 2.The speed of light changes when traveling through different objects. 3.Light energy is always moving and can therefore not be stored.

4. SOUND 1.Sound produces a relatively low level of energy when compared to other forms of energy. 2.Because sound produces such a low level of energy it is not used for electricity. 3.The measurement of sound energy is related to its pressure and intensity.
