4. Required Reports STAAR-Alternate o No required reports to use for this year. o Account for your inventory of test booklets by scanning in your inventory just like STAAR/EOC.

5. eSPED Accommodations Upload Schedule Uploads are manually done by Crystal Plan is to upload every Friday during March, April, and May Plan is to upload every other Friday during the rest of the year Feedback is appreciated on timing/frequency of uploads

6. Non-eSPED Accommodations Only accommodations in eSPED can currently be uploaded You or someone on your campus should enter accommodation information for any other students so you have this information for testing

7. Alerts on home screen Alerts for students o New, unenrolled, re-enrolled, population changes Alerts for Teachers o Only loaded once per school year o Shouldn’t be seeing these once you approve them in the fall Integrated Accommodations o Shows date of eSPED upload

8. No Form 1s for grades 3-8 Since there are no field test questions in grades 3-8 this year, there will be no form numbers. This means no Form 1 for Oral Administration. If you list a student as Form 1 on their Alt. Test Version, the system might give you an error when scanning a test booklet to the student. NONE = regular STAAR

9. Running Accommodation Reports You should put a check in the box for each subject you want to see. o This will make sure that elementary/middle schools don’t see an extra English listing and that high schools don’t see an extra Reading/ELA listing OTAPM = ATAPM = Allowable Test Administration Procedures and Materials o TEA changed it from Optional to Allowable a few years ago

10. Setting up Spring 2016 TestHound is currently loading in the new test administrations You can set everything up as soon as you see the test is loaded You can set up your own tests for any use in TestHound

11. New Material Process I will email CTCs when test materials should arrive. Within 48 hours of receiving test materials, scan them into your inventory. Let me know if you have any discrepancies. Once you scan them into TestHound, you can scan them to students and get your test boxes ready. Additional orders are called Transfers and must be accepted by the campus before you can scan them to students.

12. New Material Process Once finished with materials “Scan to Boxes”. Pack boxes tightly. Secure with two strips of box tape. Fill out and place labels on boxes. o These will be provided at a later date. Email Crystal when you are ready for them to be picked up by the warehouse staff. o Return deadlines will be provided at a later date.
