Annual Review still needed for PGS parishes as: 1.Not all donors will be members of PGS – this is a good opportunity to offer it afresh. 2.Periodically givers will adjust the level of their giving – up or down, and do so at different times. 3.Healthy to have recommitment – even if the amount doesn’t change. 4.Fit with annual parish cycle. ENGAGEMENT DECISIONS….  Invite the wider community to give?  Works in some places, not all  Need to ensure “not always asking for money”  Usually after the church family has responded.  Presentation evening  Opportunity to explain church finances (very simply!)  Opportunity to have a drink and celebrate the church’s ministry.  Whether to ask for pledges?
