Measurement on 16 pixels - 4x4 SiPM matrix (16 3x3 mm² pixels) At LAPP, with the LAPP test bench, Using the HESS readout system Photoelectron ranging from : 371 to 490 (AD counts) for HV=72 Volts Spread ~ 10 % Temperature ~25 degrees LAPP team, April 12, 20134 Measurement on the 16 pixels matrix : gain spread

ASIC specifications Shower detection down to 10 GeV 16 readout channels – 1 p.e. measurement with S/N 5 – 2000 p.e. full scale (1 or 2 gains : TBD) – On-chip programmable gain adjustment – On-chip DAC for pixel overvoltage adjustment – Trigger : Fast discriminator with programmable threshold Time coincidences (sub-ns) – Interface with DRAGON / NECTAR – + Service functions : Bandgap, Slow control registers, DACs, … LAPP team, April 12, 20135
