Westchester/Fairfield IIA Chapter Accomplishments 2015/2016 – Maintained our Gold status – Supporting the IIA Annual International Conference preparation (July 2016 in New York City) – Two major Cybersecurity related conferences (October and May) – Newsletter launch – Active attendance at job and intern fairs at local colleges and universities – Recruited committee members to support board activities – Promoted IIA certification of members and appointed Certification Committee Chair – Membership 538 as of 4/30/16 vs 480 as of 5/31/15 12% increase in 11 months!

Westchester/Fairfield IIA Chapter Goals 2016/2017 – Maintain our Gold status Program offerings are key to achievement – Support the IIA Annual International Conference preparation (July 2016 in New York City) – Participation in district-wide programs/collaboration with other chapters – On-going program collaboration with other organizations (i.e. FEI, ISACA, others) – Build-on success of Newsletter launch with additional focus on potential social media use – Encourage additional internship offerings from member companies for local college and university students – Recruit committee members to support board activities – get more people involved at all levels of work experience and backgrounds – Promote IIA certification of members
