1. The week ALWAYS starts on Monday 2. Days and months are NEVER capitalized!!!

●T●Today we are going to learn the days of the week, as well as the months of the year. ●T●There is no easy way to learn this outside of writing it down and memorizing it (unless you count the SWEET memory tricks we are going to come up with!). ●L●Listen close, work hard, and let’s get started!

Monday lunes – lunar, tired when the moon is out

Tuesday martes – Mardi Gras= Fat TUESDAY

Wednesday miércoles – miracle you made it through Wednesday! (longest word/longest day)

Thursday jueves – eve of Friday

Friday viernes – Veer offense (Varsity football on Friday)

Saturday sábado – Start with S, 3 syllables

Sunday domingo – watch NFL and order from Domino’s
