1 Introduction To Central Coast Conservatorium Central Coast ConservatoriumCentral Coast Conservatorium is a community based, non-tertiary institution, funded by the local community in the form of tuition fees and assisted by the State Government. Central Coast Conservatorium is a member of the association of NSW regional conservatoriums, a network of 16 regional conservatoriums based throughout New South Wales. The university of Newcastle provides and maintains the premises (the old courthouse and police station) and Gosford city council provides the community centre and parking.

3 One to One Tuition One to One TuitionOne to One TuitionOne to One Tuition Piano Lessons: Piano lessons are available each day at the Conservatorium. Currently we have six piano tutors: Leo Dellolio, Elisabeth Jacobs, Liisa Munnukka, Carl Schmidt, Svetlana Vokurka and Rodric White. Guitar Lessons: Guitar lessons are available in schools in small groups or one-to- one, or at the Conservatorium. Currently we have four guitar tutors: Ashley Turner (bass guitar), Steve Smillie (contemporary guitar), Giuseppe Zangari (Classical guitar) and Guy Strazz (Classical and Contemporary).

4 Musicianship & Composition Classes are available and are based on the syllabus for A.M.E.B. examinations Grade 2-7. In addition to the A.M.E.B. syllabus the classes also include Music Appreciation and History related to the Conservatorium Tuition Framework. Jazz Improvisation Headed by a leading jazz professional, the class covers all aspects of improvisation, from blues to swing to Latin to bop. Learn the mechanics of improvisation with a full jazz rhythm section, in a fun atmosphere. Improvisation classes are subject to enrolments.

5 Composition Classes are available subject to availability and the number of enrolments. Individual composition lessons are also available. Both may also complement HSC study. Please contact the Conservatorium � ۪ s administration office on 02 4324 7477 for further information.
