A 28-year-old pregnant woman who has no history with diabetes came to see a doctor. The patient feels fatigued, occasionally naused, no vomiting. Her leg has swollen after a long time standing. Symptoms include excessive excretion of urine(polyuria),polydipsia, constant hunger. The patient's vulva pruritus. Increased secretion is a kind of bean dregs. Vaginal examination showed Candida infections. Patient has polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) medical history. Her father had hypertension and hyperlipidemia, the elder sister in the second pregnancy was diagnosed with GDM.
