2. Instructions Choose from the following list of Earth’s Habitats: Forest - Taiga or Boreal, Temperate, Rain Mountain Desert - Hot or Cold (Antarctica) Grasslands -Prairie, Pampa, Savannah Tundra -Arctic or Alpine Ocean Fresh Water -Lake, River, Pond, Bog, Marsh, Swamp

3. Research the habitat and list facts about the following elements: 1. The habitat’s location in the world, also include the latitude and elevation. 2. The climate of the habitat (weather, land, water) 3. At least four different types of plants that live in the habitat. 4. At least four different kinds or species of animals that live in the habitat. 5.Other interesting facts you found in your research.

7. Product Expression board Under each expression we list all the different styles of project we could do. For example: Artistic PosterDrawing IllustrationClay Sculpture Collage

8. Table Activity On each table you will have a large piece of paper with an expression style on. Write down all the possible habitat projects you could do within that expression style. Here are some examples: Expression Style: Computer – Make a Powerpoint about my chosen habitat Expression Style: Written – Write a report about my chosen habitat.

9. Choose you Project Choose a project from the product expression board. We will be working on this for the next two weeks, so make sure that your project choice is one that you are interested in.
