5 #1: Appetite control point Stimulate the appetite control point at the beginning and end of each acupressure session. There is a pressure point on your ear, which is called the appetite control point. Putting pressure on this point helps to stop overeating. This point is the fleshy flap part of the ear above the ear lobe and in front of the ear canal. Apply constant pressure to this spot for 3 minutes.

6 #2: Spleen point Locate the pressure point for the spleen that can help to regulate your digestive system. The pressure point for the spleen is found above the anklebone on the inside part of your leg, towards the back and just off the bone. It is just four-finger width above the anklebone’s center. Press the point with your knuckle and thumb. Hold firmly for 1 minute and release gradually. Pregnant women should not use this pressure point.

7 #3: Stomach point Nourish your blood and digestive system by using the pressure point for your stomach. From the lower point of your kneecap, move your fingers 4-finger down. From there, move towards the outside of your leg 1-finger off the shinbone. There you will find the stomach point. Hold the point with medium to firm pressure for 1 minute.

8 #4: Spleen point Stimulate a pressure point of the spleen, which helps to regulate the body’s metabolism of water. Slide your finger towards the inside of the leg until you pass the shinbone. Move your finger up about 1 inch (2.5 cm) along the shinbone towards the knee. Your fingers should fall into a natural hollowed, rounded part of your leg on top of the leg bone. Hold the spot firmly for 3 minutes.

9 #5: Intestine point Relieve the pressure point for the large intestine. Move your fingers a thumb-width from your elbow joint to the inside crease of your elbow. Start with your left arm by keeping your left hand close to your chest and using your right thumb to apply pressure for about 1 minute. Repeat on the other arm.

10 #6: Abdomen point This pressure point is found 3 cm (Ren6 in pix) below the belly button. This point boosts the digestive system and gives strength. It also reduces constipation. Place two of your fingers on it and massage by moving your fingers up and down. Then press this point for at least 2 minutes twice a day.
