9. Why was it necessary to changed a plan?  Land improvement systems shall be amended at least every six years  Additional funding from public open ditches deposited through the National Rural Development Plan 2014-2020.

Changes in plans  Changing the location of so cooled state ditches;  Needs to select new objects of maintenance work  Necessary to develop a new methodology to works prioritization;  Taking into account a water management plan changing must re-assessed of the rivers the ecological condition / potential.
