Recommendations (Continued) Regions create a Conference Planning Committee on the Region Level Each region would have a main POC Will help maintain consistency from conference to conference within a Region Will help maintain consistency in programming across Regions Will help maintain Guidelines and Processes on an annual basis (or as needed)

Control Plan Ideas include: An annual review team composed of a POC from each region (preferably the Conference Planning Committee Chair from each Region) to complete the following: Post-Conference Assessments Best Practices Annual Review/Update of Resources
