12 Licence to Observe…. Five one hour modules: collecting evidence, report writing, making key judgements, target setting…. Feedback using a COACHING model…. All Observers completed an ILM Level 3 Coaching Award

13 2013/14 pilot in five curriculum areas 2014/15 pilot increased to include three more areas 2015/16 all college teaching observations – non graded Introduction of non graded lesson observations....

24 In the annual staff survey 90% of staff say they are encouraged to take risks without fear of failure

25 In the non graded lesson observation survey 93% say the process has encouraged risk taking and the discussion of new ideas

28 ‘Despite facing difficult times, the overriding majority of staff at the College continue to pull together and support each other because they have absolute belief in the value of the education we provide. This makes ther College a great place to work
